A softer position of power.
I was talking with a client one morning and this idea of being able to walk the earth as a woman without armor came to mind. We can be soft and vulnerable and beautiful and power filled and when men snipe at us we can laugh and keep going. Like a fly flew near us and we swat it gently away with a beautiful dance-like arm movement.
The more we heal our wounds the less anyone can trigger us.
We give away our power when we wear an angry shield and attack others.
Think about that. This is what you will teach by your actions. Leadership ought to look less like commanding a war.
